Chef Chandrakant Joshi was nice and accommodating. When it comes to grills he knows his stuff. Overall the place is nice and considerably the best Brunch in Town. The variety of food is great especially the seafood. Amazing atmosphere. Good for families

We are in love with Saturday Brunch in Fairmont Bab Al Bahr. Today not first time and definitely we will come back again. Would like to say big thanks for chef Chandrakant Joshi for a barbecue station. My favorite is lamb chops - just melting in the mouth. Thanks for this experience.

This was my third visit to the fairmont and overall it exceeded expectations. We stayed on the Gold floor and Stephen and his team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were very attentive and always on hand to take care of any request. The Marco Pierre White restaurant is work a mention where the food was magnificent. The only minor disappointment from the stay was being asked to pay to check in early on our day of arrival even though our room was available. I haven’t been asked to do this on my previous two visits when arriving early and not something I’d expect to have to pay for when staying on the Gold floor. Saying that I’m Hopi h to return here later this year.
